This Super Bowl I will always remember as my old man, a crazed Chiefs fan since the beginning, died a few hours after the game the following Monday morning. But being able to be there with him during his last day on earth; visiting with him, having one of his favorite meals for what would be his last meal, and then watching our Chiefs win their third Super Bowl in five years to officially become a dynasty with him...I couldn't have scripted a better last day for him. I will always think back fondly on this game and those last awesome moments with him.

What do you think 12 means? I hate to ruin it for you but he isn't calling for Mecole 😂 he is calling the offensive grouping which is 12 personnel. Means 1 running back 2 tight ends.
@sheilap24439 ай бұрын
He's calling Mecole. That's why he starts off with 'Cole'. Then they call 12 about 3 times until Andy yells yells again - 12!! Then Mecole wakes up and jumps and runs out. Like he said, he didn't know if he was Tom or Jerry. Clearly, 12 was Mecole. It's right there on tape.
@everettpopelv9 ай бұрын
I know they are calling the personnel grouping. There’s no reason for the whole team to be calling Mecole. Now Mecole is obviously apart of The 12 package. So in a way they are also calling him. But from the jump them calling out 12 is personnel groupings. Because certain players are in on different personnel groupings. It’s easier to call the personnel groupings to know who’s in on the play. Once the players who are in that grouping are on the field then they call the play. They aren’t calling for Mecole directly at first because the only ppl that know the play being called are Pat, Andy, and Nagy.

Since he's been in Miami the Chiefs are 7-0 in the playoffs with 2 rings and the Dolphins are 0-2. Not to mention we got an All-Pro corner in McDuffie as the most major piece in return. Hope he's happy catching all those passes in Florida and sitting on the couch in February.

Been a chiefs fan since the 1990s when my grandpa used to leave church early so we didn’t missed those Noon kickoff games. And I’ve been able to watch these last 3 Super Bowl wins with him in the same spot where it all started. #chiefskingdom forever!

51:15 All too often, I forget the exhaustion element that comes into play. These are PEOPLE who are smashing into one another for nearly 3 hours straight. It's why I appreciate moments like this -- when Andy Reid is like, "You gotta push past your limits. We need you." I think every one of us, at some point in our lives, needs to reach moments like these, just so we can know how strong we can truly be.

I am a die hard hockey fan. I was a football fan yrs ago and cheered for the Raiders. I am a Maritimer from Nova Scotia. When Mahomes came into The NFL I started watching football again and I can tell ya, I am now a massive dedicated Chiefs fan and love all the players and staff. Coach Reid & Reid, Kelce, Rice, Pacheco, Jones, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Sneed, Duff and just ALL the boys! You brought football back to life for me. Huge congrats B2B Baby!

Is it that Mahomes can bring anyone to their best or is it we have found those players that are special enough to find their best in whatever inspiration they can find. Its a beautiful conundrum. I've been a fan all my life and we all stand next to the Hunt family in awe with these players.

When you really watch this group of men play you find yourself saying, “that play won them the Super Bowl”, “No, that play won them the Super Bowl”, then you realize the extraordinary amount of passion, talent and discipline every single player has and you say, “No that’s why they won the Super Bowl”!!! CHIEFS KINGDOM👑

When Kelce hugged Humphrey and he said "back-to-back, they can't take this away from us", gotta admit I teared up a little 😪 Also, I love that y'all used "Larger Than Life" by the Backstreet Boys.! I am sure it helped that one of the guys is a huuuuuge Chiefs fan thanks to his wife. Thank you Kevin Richardson!! 🤣🤣🤣❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
