Nothing better than listening to old war stories from old school players.

Around 2010 I was pretty new to poker. I fly to Vegas with my now wife and we are standing outside Bellagio and I see Freddy and a young poker player I was star struck. My wife asks for a picture for me because I wouldn't bother him and he says $20 laughing. My wife says but you want to take a picture with him right!? Never forgot that moment was pretty awesome meeting the legend Freddy and it didnt cost me anything! Always liked him seemed like a good guy.

Definitely one of the better pods you guys put out. Not to be negative, but the Estrada one was quite odd to me- I am not sure you guys really touched on his journey as a player. It was like he was playing casually and then did some investing, and boom, he’s playing high stakes- very odd. Freddy Deeb is just amazing in any setting, so this was great, and you let him talk.

Freddy debb! He is one of the players that I liked the year I first played poker. Which was 2003, I was pulling for him in wsop without knowing much about poker

Guys, interviewing somebody esp an older guy like Kasseem (🙂) it is not ideal having him seated between you two, he has to constantly turn his head to talk to each of you and it is uncomfortable being in that position, don't believe me, try it yourself and feel the discomfort. Freddie has always been a great watch and as for his reminiscing, he is second to none as a riveting listen. I just subbed WITH Notis of course. Forgive my ignorance on who you two are, I live in New Zealand and obv don't know the 'Faces' of the Vegas high stakes regs, such as you two appear to be. I shall now get au fait and get up to speed with your fellas 'legends.' Really enjoyed the gig guys but I can't help but feel for Freddies neck later that night. GG guys.

Really enjoy the content! Mic placement. Always in the middle of the chest. Lower then the neck line of a t-shirt by roughly 3-6inches . This will do wonders for the future. I’m a sound engineer btw. Keep up the good work🙏

@@lafondawilliams it was really wrong how they treated Freddy there. They accused him of unethical behavior on television, then basically called him a sensitive baby for defending himself.

His point starting at 7:00 is absolutely incoherent. The same thing every perennial lifetime bum hunter says. Immediately contradicts the point he started making by rambling on afterward 😅

@@tedjam when you say unique you mean no one does it and I think that is for a reason. it works for them? Yes I guess they are physically able to have a conversation in that position but I spend a lot of time looking at Freddy Dee's eyes and where he is looking It kind of distracts me from the actual interview
