from the beginning, or even before 1.0 dropped. I was always planning on never missing a single resonator. ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ. I plan to pull for his weapon tho, a first for me, since I planned on using every single astrite i use and any dolpin resources into only resonators. But I need at least one gold weapon per weapon type 🤧

I was going to pull for him before he was announced as free, I like my husbandos and this trailer and his lore made me more sure of my decision to have pulled for him. Now, I am definitely pulling his weapon and maybe go for a dupe

The festival event (time-limited) is basically Xiangli Yao's companion story. Also, it'll take several days to get enough points in the festival to get the free copy of him. Very easily doable, but not something you can leave to the last day. I would have pulled if he wasn't free, but I don't care about getting duplicates of 5-star characters, so the one free copy is enough for me.

I’m that fool who didn’t had time and mood to play and thought I can get him by the end of the limited time. Yea, sad…:( I can and will roll for him in the future, so the “free character” part is not so important, but it will be very bad, if his story gets locked behind this event.

The PV describes Xiangli Yao retracing his father's footsteps to reach the Court of Savantae's, where he discovers many technologies and advancements beyond this era. Within the ruins, there's a door that his father believed led to the truth he had been seeking. He walked through that door and never returned. Xiangli Yao decides to follow in his father's footsteps and reaches out to enter the door. However, just before stepping in, he recalls many things that happened in this world and his bonds with friends here. While thinking about these things, he decides not to go through the door, but his hand has already crossed the threshold, and that's how he loses his hand. Later, when he talks about choosing his own path, it means that he didn't blindly pursue the truth like his father. While seeking the truth, he also remembers the friends around him.

he actually have a big rule in the wish tree event story that called moonlit reunion, i am assuming you didn't do the event yet or you skipped the story of the event, i was just like you planning to skip him if he was on a panner but bro really did very well in the event story to the point he totally get my full interest and his voice and his relation in the main story with the court of savantae that it didn't has been revealed yet but has been teased and now this trailer jeez man i am so interested in his character now

I would pull for him if he wasn't free, what do you not like about his design?? (seems like it may have been his design you aren't liking but why exactly?) I was always curious about him in the very first trailer for WUWA . this will also make me save up for ShoreKeeper being that he ended up being free. So I can't wait

I'd pull for him too if he wasn't free. I was planning to skip Zhezhi for Yao but got her early. Even if you play for META, he is the optimal option for an electro-oriented team. And character-wise, he seems more interesting than some of the 5 stars. But that makes sense considering Zhezhi was meant to be normal and relatable. I have to say, his trailer is one of the best so far.

U'll love the 1.2 event story, its basically his companion quest and it really ties well into the event, it also introduces Zhezhi to u officially though u need to grind quite a bit to get to that part. As for if i would get him if he was't free? no idea really, probably skip him unless i really needed his element or like his kit. I got Zhezhi and she's really fun and powerful so having him as well is just icing on the cake. I might see if i can get his weapon though considering i lucked out by getting Zhezhi's weapon in 20 pulls i might save up for the next patch instead.

I like him hes a cool character. If he wasnt free would I get him? Guess it depends since I do have Yinlin, the obvious choice is yeah, but idk I already built up a lot of main dps units already so not too sure. But since he is free definitely picking up his weapon

not sure if its worth the effort but 80% of the time if you go to the comments of the twitter posts someone mashes the jp audio with the english subs. Though i get they should just have the option built in.
