I work the weekend shift at a Holiday Inn Express, and our property (at least) strives for a good breakfast review. We usually get an above-average review for our buffet. Eggs are real (ps - no one serves powdered eggs at ALL anymore), we try to cook everything tastefully, and all dishes are refreshed in a tasty, timely manner. We really do put effort into making sure your meal is as fresh and delicious as it can be.
