Embassy Suites should be number 1 since they have a made to order omelet station which is far superior to any hotel breakfast. Besides all their rooms are suites with a separate area for sleeping and a living room with a sofa sleeper.

Seems like they randomly assigned rankings. Embassy suites is way better than Hyatt Place. Drury is also considered one of the best.

Embassy Suites is our #1. Love the made to order omlette station an actual real, fresh fruit. Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, etc. Really appreciate those things for our family vacations Great coffee, of course and love the nighttime reception Of note is Las Vegas, Des Moines and Minneapolis. Traveling for business or with your family? Embassy Suites is affordable and super terrific!

I like staying at Drury Inn - because my favorite one is across the street from McDonalds where i go for breakfast.

I don't know what Homewood Suites those people were staying at, but I definitely haven't seen anything exotic there. 😅But I do agree it's the best. There's always a selection of breakfast meat and potato, and they're usually very good. Even more impressive, I've rarely seen the same one twice. Kielbasa coins and corned beef hash were probably my favorites of the meats when they showed up.

The best free breakfast with the best eggs, grits and potatoes is located at the Hampton Inn Marietta, Georgia. Kingston court. With a great, caring breakfast staff to serve you.

The biggest indication of a horrible breakfast is the word, "CONTINENTAL", which is nothing more than a fancy word for crappy carbs: doughnuts, bagels, muffins, and Danish. Hampton INN has always been our go-to because of their breakfasts. They have variety, and great food, and you're not relegated to just carbs.

Just a reality check… You can’t expect to pay $40-$60 range for a room at places like M6, S8, Days Inn, Econo lodge and expect hot breakfast. Each of the items that you see at HI-X, Hampton and Marriotts has higher cost associated with it and they pass that cost to consumers in higher room rates ($100+). You can’t expect to pay less for room AND great breakfast. These are businesses; they have pay employees, mortgages, taxes and yes, make profit. You get what you pay for. If you want more, you have to be willing to pay more.

Hyatt has the most consistent quality across all their hotels, I've never had a bad breakfast with them. And some Hyatt Houses have a made to order omelette station. Residence Inn is a close second. Hilton can be hit or miss depending on location, especially the Hampton Inn. One thing I do appreciate about the Hampton Inn though is their extended hours for breakfast, ending at 10 am everyday. Embassy Suites is probably the best under the Hilton umbrella, the Saratoga Springs NY one is exceptional.

Yeah I really like the Drury hotels I've stayed at. I would place them with the latter hotels or atleast in the middle. And they have free dinner and a drink!! Atleast the ones I've been to.

I don't expect a lot from a hotel breakfast, especially after the 2020 pandemic (thanks for that, China). Since I have low hotel expectations, I usually stay near either a Golden Corral (breakfast on the weekends) or a Cracker Barrel (breakfast any time). I hit the hotel bar for a coffee and a hard boiled egg or granola bar when I'm in a hurry. Low expectations means you're seldom disappointed, and sometimes even pleasantly surprised.

Homewood Suites... you definitely lost me at "reindeer sausage". No...nope....nyet...nien...nada. I stopped going to Starbucks after I found their red colored drinks were colored using red insects found on cactus. There's a fine line between "exotic" and "weird". Homewood Suites just crossed that line.

All of these hotels that serve breakfast should have a health inspector check on food quality and proper temperature on hot and cold foods, so that hotel customers won't complain on poor quality breakfasts.
