Crikey with that many animals running around you could just fire an arrow in the air Willy nilly and probably hit something lol. Great adventure team and good to see that freezer full.

@@RawOutdoorsNZ are you based in Kaikz brother? Im in Picton and do alot of fishing in the Queen Charlotte sounds but its not a big producer of snaps or Kingies. Im yet to venture over to Kenepuru sounds this summer to get some spots for both species one hopes. If I can produce the goods then I will contact you for a exchange for sure. Keep up the good vids bro.

@@RawOutdoorsNZ how do yous find land like this? is it through word of mouth? ive been pretty fruitless to find land with larger game ive struck with smaller size game like rabbits possums hares etc. apparently theres been abit of fallow and wallabies seen on at my place down twizel but yet to see any and ive been out a couple times for a wonder.

@@joelfleming1898 Hi , it’s usually through someone that can vouch for you . It’s very difficult to just get access as most farmers won’t let anyone they don’t know on . What sometimes helps is approaching farmers by introducing yourself and asking them if they need any pest control done on rabbits, possums . Shot or trapped. If they don’t say no but are hesitant to say yes ask for a phone number to give them a call a bit later on . Always Keep a box of beer handy . If you get a phone number give them the beer as appreciation . Then follow up with a call later on . They may let you on . If you strike up a good relationship with them most likely they’ll let you shoot bigger game like deer . Also ask if they know anyone that might be interested in letting you go for a hunt . I hope that helps you out mate !
