Maybe in Norway, Sweden and Denmark their monarchies would be restored, but Spain since is a Federal Republic with Portugal (also called the Iberian Union) maybe Iberia would remain as a republic and my hypotesis is the Royal Family would have been killed in the Spanish Rebellion in the Second Weltkrieg
