Thank you so much for your kind words! It truly means a lot. I believe every voice in the carnivore community brings unique value, and together, we create a diverse and inclusive space for learning and growth. The key is growing the community so more people can find the voice that resonates with them and helps them on their journey to better health. I’m grateful to be a part of that mission!

Here in the USA we have that instant mindset. FDA is money hungry and doesn’t care about the people and this is a lifestyle choice. This is a good video and thank you and other doctors bringing this to the forefront 💯💯💯💯

Happy New Year, doc! This was very interesting. Though my wife and I are strict carnivore (and have no interest in veering), I can see how some people can mix a few other low-glycemic foods through your thoughtful explanation of the French Paradox. Thanx for being a doctor we can trust!!!

Tony, this was a great breakdown of why French culture continues to produce healthy people. Their focus is obviously on living life more than having fun with food. Yes, the food is supposed to taste good so that we want to eat it, but then you go out and you have amazing lives with your healthy bodies.

Thanks, Valerie I’ll never forget the first time I went to France It seems everybody was at a normal body weight But a train ride away in England I started to see larger body frames 🤔

It's true what Dr Hampton says. I lived in the French countryside for 10 years and it reminded me of living in the village l grew up in here in the UK. I am not sure if this is true of the cities in France but it certainly is in the countryside. The food is local and without additives etc if you don't eat the bread the same day then it goes hard. Lots of food is still bought from markets fresh. Meal times are a social event and never rushed 2 hours for lunch and not many shops open on a Sunday. Very different life style to here in the UK however again can't comment on the cities. Bon appetite.

The french really do not eat much bread and almost no sugar. They have a cultural and even legal bias against junk food. You wont see cereal in the stores. But junk food is really making inroads and the paradox will diappear. I am french. It is my observation we are more suseptable to metabolic disease with bad diet.

Take time to cook real food and eat it around a table with others. Eating in the car is a very bad habit as is grabbing something on your way to work at the drive through. Get up earlier and take time to eat well.

I'm 75 years old and I'm French. Actually we don't eat a lot of bread, it's just available if we want some with our meals, mostly to eat with cheese or charcuterie. The main dish is meat or fish, with some vegetables on the side, but not much. A green salad is served separately, often with cheese. Not even close to be vegetarian !
