I wanna have that kind of bag that can be compressed and expanded.. but it would be much more efficient if you will not extend the strap all the way through in back pack mode, in that way, the strap will have a locking position and you will not struggle adjusting each side of the straps..

the idea was kind of like decathlon's foldable sport bag?...but with superior materials and hardwares,but after all ergonomic isn't quite into consider

found LOL. but these chi na counterfeit is using pu leather and probably not waterproof at all...but that should prove if the design works well..
