I'm not good but I'm very interested in seeing if anyone clears top 20 in a pro Comp with Red Raptor. I like him a lot and I'm curious to see the top that he can be played. Also I'm with you on Lance and blasters being kind of meh when it comes to 1v1s (I'm a lance main, leave me alone) but I don't think that a buff would really work and I personally don't want it to be buffed, because it feels nice to use and play also i don't want to be bullied more for being a lance main. Thanks for the "quick" update on the game at the moment, Phazon. Love your content!

Cannon has one of the best advantage states in the game right now but is beat in most other ways by most other weapons and blasters are just ESPECIALLY cooked rn compared to most other weapons, combine that with low speed and youre automatically most likely going to be one of the worst legends in the entire game right now.

1v1s weapons list is very solid however I think people might be overating hammer from the PTSD it gave them cause right now pretty much every option or thing you can do with the weapon is worse than every weapon in the game except for maybe kill power and any strong way you can play it can seemingly just be easily countered like what the fuck are you supposed to do if they just don’t fall into your hammer gimmicks??? You’re probably completely cooked cause there’s no way in hell your approaching tools are solid enough to not be completely beat out most weapons.

Cuz cannon itself is amazing in 2s and why would you play either 1) Lin fei with bad stats, ok sigs and a bad secondary weapon (in 2s) 2) sidra when onyx has better sigs, stats and a secondary weapon for 2s 3) xull is actually played tbh 4) Isaiah with ok-bad stats, ok sigs and another worse secondary weapon in 2s than gauntlets ecc. You get the idea but now that seven exists you'll probably see her take every cannon legend's place

@@brunoduarte3321 gauntlets combos are more stale than cannon ones, therefore they are easier to interrupt or punish. Also cannon deals more damage and has massive hitboxes and, well, the nsig on onyx is absurd (the dsig is good in 2s as well, and the ssig is very slow but the knockback is insane, so ending a team combo with it is very good). If you read someone with cannon you'll probably do slight sair dair (so you move a lot), while with gauntlets you'll probably do slight nair gc dlight or chase dodge dair/sair or anything really, but cannon is more dynamic. And also (again), playing double _weapon_ is worse than playing two different ones cuz you cant just double nlight or double sair etc to continue a team combo or your opponent can di out of it
