Id say that means they arent paired together properly. Id try the rubbing them together technique or put them back in the case and do a hard reset

It's pretty decent to be fair. It's probably bout a 5 or 6. Like it's nothing special, there are definitely bassier headphones out there

Just got me a pair of these, thanks for your review and unboxing! Maybe just a tip for the future; it might help to be a bit more critical and point out areas that could be improved upon, as no earphones are 100% perfect. But other than that keep up up the great work!

I'm also sort of interested in new ver of urbanista stockhilm. How about the quality of noise level? I really aware there's no noise cancelling function in stockholm series. However i just wanted to know how different it is between original and plus version. Please tell me about that. Thanks.

The sound quality on the new stockholm plus is fair better than the sound on the originals. I dont really ever have trouble hearing anything while using them however I do usually have to turn the volume up abit higher due to the lack of noise cancellation as you said.

I think they should, I dont use "ok google" its not setup on my phone and I dont have an Iphone. Im sorry I couldn't be much more help.

I found the mic on the original earphones was in no way near as good as the mic on these new ones. Everyone can hear me perfectly fine with these new ones, the old ones every said it sound like I was muffled.
