I am not able to make it work I charge it until the red lec light get solid ...then i took it out of the box and put it next to each other and try to reconnect on my phone and i cant find it ...did i miss anything??

Maybe try resetting the headphones and reconnecting them to the device you're trying to connect them to.

Hey Ben! Love the unboxing! I accidentally launched my headphones against my wall and they smashed into a million pieces!! Have you got any tips on how to get the light working again? 😁😁

Well first you're gonna need to figure out how to build a time machine. Rudimentary, I know but effect. Then, using said time machine, go back to before you accidentally launched your headphones against the wall and prevent yourself from doing so. This should get the light working again. If that doesn't work Id contact urbanista support as they may know where to locate some super glue.

I tried No power in the headset Shall i charge them when the case is open or closed ...and how long it takes to charge them...and is the red color change from red to blue in charging box when the battery is full??

You should definitely charge them with the case closed. Which headphones do you have the base stockholms or the stockholm plus?

How is the mic quality during the calls and in noisy environments?

From my use of it, the mic quality is quiet good, nobody ever seems to have problems hearing me.

@@TheProBenja the thing why I'm doubting urbanista is because of the mic quality in noisy environments. I'm not sure if those would work great for calls outside (which I do really often)

HI, I have a problem with my Urbanist Plus. One of the blue lights of earphone stopped working, however the earphone works yet. Do you ever have that problem?

Ive never seen that happen before but if both sides' sound is working Id say it should be fine
