TBH I think the creepy decayed look gives a lot more character and a lot more creepiness, or even realism. Seemed more valuable in his previous state. Could have probably just reverse-engineered a brand new Norman instead; although I do imagine that would cost more.

I'm a creepy dude in general. I sleep next to, and drink beer (gives the beer an "earthy" flavor) out of a human skull I named Dan (he watches over me when I sleep), and I also have various other human bones. Even so, Norman creeped me the f*ck out on first viewing him and his state of decay. Like to the point I'd be hesitant to have him in my house..... I'd still buy him though lol.
