Ole has a great coach(proved it for the U-23 and U-19) in Kieran Mckenna who gets them to play good football but it is not shown on the field Ole and Phelan always get tactically outsmarted by the small to middle-sized teams, however against the big teams the united front three are so fast and hence bail him out of trouble. Overall Ole is shit too, I'm pretty sure when Pogba comes back he'll still play him in a deep role.
