I was legitimately thinking this. I don't think there's a person dumb enough to fake it this badly unless it's a joke or for content. It's so obviously fake, but not for the same reason he says it is. Channel names aren't disclosed, so he's stealing video content and putting a voiceover otherwise. If his videos are monetized no one has claimed a copyright, and if these "fakers" are real, they'd be the type to put a claim on it.

Without using the seed template for it, I've spawned not in front of a mansion, but in close proximity to one (about a thousand to two thousand blocks away) before. About every 50-200 worlds* I make (*Note: I never have that many active worlds because that's a huge breach of storage space and would give Microsoft more money than they've ever legally deserved)

The runner at 18:22 also got the achievement "Subspace Bubble" which isn't possible in a normal run. No runner is going to travel far enough in the nether to get that in a legit run. The ONLY kind of runner that would even attempt to do something like that is one in a Manhunt video
