Each speedrun is made by my friends who then send to me for me to make into a video. These are NOT speedruns submitted through speedrun websites that i have found and used.

I actually had that happen to me too where I was exploring a mansion and discovered that a chest, that would normally have an axe, had leather pants that had efficiency on them. And it happened not ONCE, but TWICE in the same mansion. And I later learned a MC friend of mine had the same thing happen to her before.

Actually it is possible to have 3 blacksmith houses since in bedrock edition there is a seed that spawn you on top of an village house inside a village with more than five blacksmith houses though I forgot what the seed is and the secret staircase in a woodland mansion actually exists me and my brother found it tho i don't know if it had a chest or not
