I stayed in Hyd from 2005 to 2013. The city never ceases to amaze with the stupendous development it has seen. Still remember Gachibowli in 2010 was nothing and had hardly any roads and had only Wipro and Infosys campus. Now look at what it has become. It looks like foreign completely. A city which always is on the road to excel in everything. Kudos.

Why Google started its hyd office construction with 1000 crores

Make a Prog how FUTURE development about North zone areas like Hakimpet, Kowkoor, Yapral on Karimnagar route zone. Many EXPERTS says future of Hyderabad is North zone coz of many major advantage like easy to reachSecunderabad railway station( Reachable on a single straight route) for Bullet trains for next generations, I.T parks, small & medium Industries towards TUMUGUNTA & SIDHIPETHA zone. Down the line 20-25 years.... Hyderabad North zone got massive development oppturnity. Enough of Hi-tech zone. There is no water in that area & now many says it's Highly expensive area & polluted zone in south India.

Disproportionate construction of high rise buildings in the available area has happened in Hyderabad especially in IT zone. There aren't enough open and public spaces. This poses huge traffic congestion and pollution issues. Any number of flyovers can't solve the problem.

They should also plan some greenery parks(instead of not only these computer parks) to maintain or constrain pollution similar to NY park which is within the city(may be beside durgam cheruvu or some tsiic land). This atleast try to reduce some pollution in the area. I am in fear of what would be the state of pollution for abrah/bhuja/any other residential people/kids residing that. area. Without safe air and safe water, no use of increasing floors vertically.

Hyd is developing very fast lot of construction, lot of real estate activities going , but it should not be a concrete jungle like other cities, mumbai and banglore keeping that in mind , hyd govt should work on roads infrastructure and public transport and planned green parks to bio hack pollution, otherwise you would have AQI going high .. Shanghai city is good example.

You will never find overflowing drainage, dangling cable tv wires or electricity wires, open drains in Pune. One more thing, Pune is growing in all directions equally, while Hyderabad has only north- west like Gachibowli, Hitec City.
