Ruud has handled this whole situation with nothing but class and humility. In what must have been a very difficult situation, he put the Club first. He could have very easily made it about himself and how he was able to go undefeated during this 4 game spell, but he didn’t do that, even though the press gave him every opportunity to do it. The irony is that by handling the situation as he did, with maturity and class and humility, he has actually elevated his profile both within and outside of Manchester United. In a way, I am hoping he is not offered a spot on the new coaching staff because I would like to see him get the opportunity to be the Manager at another Premier League club. He has earned it.

I feel the same with Ruud as with ole, they genuinely care for the club. I would have kept ole and given him time instead of sacking him, I wouldn't have been at all against Ruud staying in charge for the rest of the season. The fact he put two holding midfielders together has changed the team a lot, he could probably have seen that when ETH was there but not his place to tell the manager how to play.

Ruud played Zirkzee deeper then usual, and there you could see Zirkzee shone by getting the ball and spraying immaculate passes thru to the attackers. His position as a support striker or attacking midfielder is best for him! Just my observation! I'm not a certified tactician!☺ Amad was an absolute menace! He should be starting games instead of Rashford! The main letdown for me was Rashford. He looked like he was not really interested or just plain lazy jogging around when we were not in possession of the ball! I hope Amorim does something to either straighten him out, get him playing again proper or just sell him if he's not interested! Seriously, he's getting on my nerves!!
