Why you're tasting pennies: The sensation of tasting pennies after a heavy lift is often attributed to the taste of blood, which can be released from the tiny blood vessels in the lungs or airways when they are strained. This metallic taste is due to the presence of iron in the blood. During intense physical exertion, the pressure in your lungs increases, and if some blood vessels burst, a small amount of blood can enter your airways and be tasted. Another possibility is that intense exercise can lead to increased breathing through the mouth, causing dry mouth and a metallic taste.

Big fan Matt. Also a big fan of Tia. I have to know, why would you leave her out of the best training partner question??
@michaelbean48784 ай бұрын
Because he had her as a training partner. The question is who “WOULD” you have. Just like some pro basketball player being asked. If they trained with LeBron all day every day, but then said MJ if I could. Would you have an issue with that answer?
@TheDaddymac214 ай бұрын
@@michaelbean4878 of course I wouldn’t have an issue with that answer. And maybe it’s just a me thing but if I had trained with one of the best, I would say something along the lines of “I have been fortunate enough to have the best training partners along the likes of LeBron James and Kobe Bryant but if I had to pick someone I didn’t have the opportunity to train with, I’d pick MJ”. Again, great point. I didn’t see it like that until you brought it to my attention. I just thought he’d at least mention Tia.
