Ordered TV on 22 oct , Tv not shipped till date 10 nov, EMI started, issue not solved even after multiple calls to customer care,what’s app, chat bot, emails nothing worked, be careful before ordering from lg india website, it may be my individual experience but be cautious. bought it, was very disappointed in the refresh rate, some sources cited it having 120hz, it's only 60hz. Also for some reason it struggles with disney plus, and i had to deactivate ipv6 to make it work. Connectivity is also downgraded, all smart tvs should be wifi 6 at least by now
