your right there isn't no excuse but you definitely have it easier. most people don't get the luxury to have the time off like you did. you got dialed in while you weren't working so of course now that your working your still on the same physical level compared to someone who has never worked out and has a job and isn't in a energized physical state. its a little harder for someone to start from 0 than someone just transitioning into it while now having a full time job.
