Blockchain could also be useful for title records. There have been blockchain title recording projects in the past. Not sure how they have fared. My two main interests right now are Bitcoin/blockchain and RE, so this video was very relevant to me!

@@RokSivante check out the fusion coin (fsn). They are big on interoperabilty between other crypto currencies and tokenizing assets. Things like real estate, artwork, mortgages, car loans will all by tokenized in the future taking out the middle man

You need to use velocity banking to pay it off in 3-7 years or refinance and take the equity out and get another property, or do 1031 exchange and reinvest again!

Phil As long as consumption of drugs continues, supply will keep up. If drug suppliers stack up dollars and it all ends up back in the U.S in real estate or any other asset class, should we fret about it? London is a well-known sanctuary city where holders of ill-gotten money from around the world converge and invest thereby benefiting the British economy. I don't think the British government is oblivious to this fact.

In almost all cases, you shouldn't have those issues; either rentals should not be vacant or rehabs should have contractors working every day and then once finished, you should have buyers walking through there every day and then once the buyer is locked in, should have inspector, appraiser, etc. Install motion sensor lights, Ring Cams, etc, while it is vacant.
