No matter what, this game is my favorite game of all time and it truly changed my life. I will always be playing at least one game in this series.

We all want Survival 2.0. I'd also like an option to turn on/off a shared open world, an actual skill tree and maybe some type of combo of Underground and The Summit

i stopped playing division 2 year ago, waiting division 3.

The things that make me appreciate the division franchise the most is its atmosphere. I've never played div1, but judging from it's content I can see how and why most players long for the snow element from the original. Its grittiness, almost like the hardship and struggle is reflected within the environment. The day/night cycles within division2 and it's various weather changes (rain, fog, and lightning) makes it feel more immersive. If they could lean into this even more, keeping the game visually appealing and fresh. In having longer seasonal (fall,winter,spring, summer) changes in addition to the inclimate weather could go a long way in keeping the landscape ever-changing each time people pickup the game. Also creating more in-game dynamics within each of the factions, their beliefs and power to recruit, maintain or gain their superiority. Having each faction's power and physical presence shift as each faction gains or loses its power and influence over the others. Meaningful missions and objectives that shift this power dynamic to fulfill our own directives and motives. Giving players the power of choice in who to help/aligns with and who to sabotage/kill based on who's beliefs they think their character aligns with at any given time. "Specializations" desperately need a more in depth rework as well. It should be more than just one super weapon with its special ammo that's rarely used and some different stat perks. Each should feel more different than it feels the same. Purposeful End-game (players be bored AF) and PvP needs to be addressed as well. I love this game and its premise! I could discuss it for multiple hours on end. The Division franchise has SO much untapped potential! Will this current team deliver as much as we need them to!? Only time will tell.

All well said! You said you didn’t play D1? You should because you mentioned immersion, at least a playthrough of the campaign.

I've been struggling with division 2 this season. Xp would of been nice a couple years ago and for newer players it's good but I don't feel compelled to play for that. At least with GB or some of the others it felt fun. 3x xp isn't doing it for me

the problem with THIS XP event > its not parallel to a regular "star" event where you geht your stars for lvl up and after 1000 lvl you habe 1000+ stars to spend at the event store ...

I Pray that they reinvest into the PvP side of the game..and not abandon it at launch like they did to us with div2...we all know PvP died when Red Storm moved on to heartland...which would have given PvP a boost with original battle royale format

Yea the pvp community is huge in this game which I like a lot. It’s toxic but very competitive and strong which is a great thing. Way better than cod

What’s makes Division interesting to me: - the realistic city visuals - the rich details in open world and missions - the comprehensive mission visuals which are top notch - the atmosphere in D1 - the movement and shooting animation The weaknesses: - the gameplay: simple run and gun, outdated cover mechanic (sticking to objects), bullet sponge, loot, fantasy builds … - no atmosphere in D2, does not feel at all like a postapocalypse game - linear missions with outdated bullet sponge bosses as objective - copy and paste open world activities without any story context - lacking use of open world - fantasy NPCs - game development with wrong focus: season crap, loot inflation and modes instead of focus on main game development, enriching the existing maps with missions and interesting open world activities, improving atmosphere, …

Fantasy stuff can be okay. The division are characterized by their advanced tech. Advancement will eventually and inevitably be indistinguishable from magic, so long as it's rooted in familiar military design I don't mind

An immersive mode: realistic tactical gameplay, no bullet sponge, no loot, no fantasy builds, attributes, talents and the like, realistic equipment instead.

Sounds a bit like Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
@loganmills177712 сағат бұрын
@GnarlyAtol-sz4yiit would have to be like how hardcore agents are now(meaning it would be its own game “mode”) or the game will be completely different, and not worth replaying. At that point it’s just ghost recon. Unless I misunderstood your point.
@GnarlyAtol-sz4yi11 сағат бұрын
I meant it as separate mode. Means current grind gameplay would remain but additionally an immersive mode which is my preferred gameplay. Basically as in Breakpoint. But I know of course that would never be realized. The AI does not fit with this in Division.

Bring back survival , update npc voice lines in open world, fix the most annoying bugs. Give us back some variation of holsteted talents, readjust white tusk drone spam, stop nerfing things. If they were to introduce a desirable chase item in a mission(s) with increased enemy health it could amount to an effective level cap increase which would negate the need to nerf anything . All of these changes would be very cheap. They already have most of the assets for survival. We all want survival. We will all pay for survival. Refusing to bring back survival at this point is just mean and dumb

I'm sorry but with the disaster of the division 2 and video games in general with all the cheating and third-party exploits I have no faith in division 3
