Felt i should establish a little context. Once again note these edits are more my opinion than straight fact. But still have a basis on what is planned. While I make it seem stegos will get destroyed by Rexes, I certainly want them to be formidable against Rexes. Rexes certainly at least shouldn’t facetank them. Yes that’s all the ceratopsians planned for the isle. In order of size it goes Protoceratops, Avaceratops, Diabloceratops, Styracosaurus, Pachyrhinosaurus, and Triceratops. I may be one of the few who likes all of them and thinks they all bring enough unique aspects to the table to differentiate from one another. The Teno edit is meant to establish how many carnivores there are, many of which are bigger than Teno itself. Teno imo is in a precarious situation possibly getting outclassed, both from the bevy of bad matchups and better options (like hadrosaurs). I am an advocate for feathered Utahraptor (separate playable from omniraptor) like people are for Bary. And I do think it can be differentiated from Omni (which I’m planning for a future video). Although it has been implied to be bigger and stronger than Omni. Acros should be careful around Theris, and so should Theris around Acros. What is stopping human players from just gunning down sauropods like Cama? Honestly! They can’t run OR hide. It’s a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I plan to go over these points in more detail in a series I’m planning. Stay tuned!

I hate comparing PoT and the Isle. I prefer PoT and i'd recommend it to people over the Isle 100%, but the Isle is a vastly different game aiming for different things. I really, really want the Isle to become a fun game that I can jump into and immerse myself into, and it more than certainly has that potential to be a gritty hardcore game. Atm though it's too player unfriendly and is honestly more of a chore to play than a fun game, I hope the next updates improve it since I really wanna jump back into it.

As a Path of Titans player, I really want to try the Isle. I’ve wanted to for a long time. I plan to soon. Many people have been changing to Path of Titans, but I don’t like the trophy hunters in offical, and I want a true survival compared to community sometimes. I’ve seen many videos on The Isle, and I’m excited to try it. Although I’m not looking forward to hours of grinding to get killed and start over.

Sure you start over when you die, but the growth system was recently adjusted so you grow out of juvi stage fast. So essentially you feel big sooner. Like in less than a half hour a cerato is already bigger than an Omni. Deino is one notable exception though. Maybe I’ve just gotten used to it but it’s honestly not that bad, especially if you’re experienced and you know what to expect from other players, and therefore know how to avoid dying

I have played it. I already feel in love with the customization features. It took me a moment to get scent tracking down, as well as trying to figure out lag control XD. Overall The Isle is a good game, just depends on what you like. POT and The Isle have many differences that just show they are for different play styles. Fighting is the biggest difference I saw. I’d definitely play the game again though, and hopefully a lot more then my 3 hour initial test on official and unofficial servers.

The 2 ton size it has now isnt entirely out of the question for diablos actual size but its certainly one of the upper estimates, but regardless I struggle to think of how diablo will fare against Styraco, like what will it have to stand out from something that almost certainly will deal more damage and is larger?
