From this listener's viewpoint, organized is good. Disorganized is just as good too. You do good stuff so I'm happy with whatever you do.

What about ideas for future planning meals? Example: We pan fry 4 steaks, but know we aren't going to eat all of them that night. Some are sliced for wraps or cubed for a quick add to chili or stirfry later in the week. We save the frond to add to soup. Some of the steak gets frozen for quick meals at a later date. I'd love ideas using this planning for chicken, pork, roast, or ham.

Love the idea of chopping and knife techniques. Feel like you’ve touched on it before, but would love while you do that to explain the use behind each knife you pick, why that knife, etc. Been cooking for a while but feel like I learn the most from you. Appreciate all you do

Yes go live while cutting things. Yes I'm down for a series on knife skills. Your technique is amazing. Your personality is refreshing. I love how different your channel is from the typical cooking channel

I'd love to know more about how you manage the channel itself. How do you pay bills, what brings in your bread and butter so to speak, how do you deal with low videos on the videos given you have 1.6 million subs and some of that stuff as well. I guess maybe it's something you can talk about on the live. Would be helpful for other creators who are struggling to hear about that side of things as well.

Nothing more important when trying to be a good home cook then having good 🔪 skills. Sure there are gadgets designed to make our cooking experience easier, but nothing beats a well sharpened knife and some basic chopping techniques. Love your channel whatever you show us.

Suggestion 2: I’d love more tips, tricks and secrets of the culinary world of being a chef or line cook. More hacks and easy ideas.

Please don't stop making videos. I am a cook at an Italian fine dining restaurant and your videos always help me through my nights after work and give me inspiration. Also you should do a video on how to brunoise.

A planned schedule sounds good! I have a chaotic mind as well, ideas just keep poping and it's hard to keep up with them, so if you start following a more planned approach and slowly fall of of it it's okay

I would enjoy a cutting video. Love the why it’s always better in restaurant series, technique is always something I’m interested in.

Hey Matt. Happy Thursday 😎 Happy to provide you feedback. I’ll start with saying that your current format is amazing and please don’t change it. It’s the very unique format where I feel we’re buddies and we’re just hanging out and you’re showing me some cool cooking tips. As long as this format stays then short or long videos are all good, about absolutely anything.

I’m reasonably new to your channel, I’ve been enjoying your various videos. I think a chopping video or series could be beneficial for anyone really. Fortunately I’m married to a chef, he thought me knife skills & now our children are teenagers we’ve taught them too. Your video ideas sound really interesting. Hi from Scotland 👋🏻🏴.

Would definitely want a knife skill series! Would appreciate if you could go into how you grip things, how you move your fingers along to not have pauses between cuts, and how you finish cutting an item? Many videos show you how to cut but the end of the bits are always so awkward (and the videos usually have the ends edited out) that it frustrates me everytime. Thank you for your videos and hope you are better!

I think if you’re gonna do videos on cutting there’s an amazing opportunity to do it on knives. Instead of listing everything that can be cut make a video on a type of knife and its uses.

I really like your series type videos. Not a huge fan of vlogs, or lives. Anything over 15 minutes is not my gig. I like when you film at the markets as well. Ultimately, it's your channel. Do you.
