Ukulele can proc your on hits so all your bleeds, sticky bombs, life steals, etc all work with it. Add in a 57 clover which rerolls and failed procs essentially doubles the chance to proc ukulele and the on hits as well which is how you can nuke everything through the power of a happy little instrument while singing somewhere over the rainbow.
