I feel you bro... The similar shit happened to me when I was playing silent hill p.t. One evening,when I was about to sleep, my whole body went numb, except my eyes - btw I was laying on my back when that happened. I could not move at all, just my eyes - left and right. And there I saw that "beautiful lady", who was swinging with the scythe right in front of my face. It lasted 30 minutes, and I was literally petrified. Later I discovered that it was a sleeping paralysis, and I was like hell nah, goodbye horror games.. But I feel you broski, and živ mi bio, ljubi tićbra :)

Sounds like you have PTSD from it... damn. I recommend doing EMDR therapy haha, that should work

Sure it jumpscared me, but mostly my ears just hurt because I had it too loud.
