I will level with everyone, though; of the four, I could probably get along with Nurgle. Khorne? Too ultraviolent. Slaanesh? Too hedonistic. Tzeentch? Too maddening to deal with. Papa Nurgle just seems the right type; death is inevitable. Everything decays. The measure of a person is how they face death, and a philosophical soul would take well to Nurgle. In death, there is also life after all.

I think the supposition of the piece is that Isha, Shallya, whatever other name she goes by, its technically a daemon daughter of Nurgle. We craft these mythos around her and that turns her into a Goddess. Its sort of how Ulric and Khaine are both really at their core aspects of Khorne. The religion dulls the negatives and enhances the positives

Well I would just like to add, that at least to my understanding, nurgle is teh garden, as much as it is a manifestation of him. The chaosrealms and gods are not real individuals but masses of screaming souls with storys and places build by the mortal minds taht chape them and create them. As such the garden doesnt change on nurgles whim, but the garden changes with nurgle on the whim of all sentient creatures and absorbed sols. Also the lair of the 13 deamon would be part of nurgle as well, just not a direct part more of a subconcious part. Each deamon is nurgle and nurgle is each deamon. They are all the same, but are like individual memories, just that these memoiries are full fledge cretures with fake origin storys taht change and exist depend on mortal perception and storytelling. Though one could make the argument scince they are immortal and timeless, they shape our perception of them as much as we do shape them .... Could you by any chance ever make a video about the identety of the chaos gods and what they are metaphysically speaking? I would love to hear your thoughts

That does appear to be the implication, yes. Supposedly, the Horned Rat is either a greater deamon of Nurgle that managed to gain a lot of power for itself through the creation of the Skaven that exclusively worship it, or a relatively minor god in its own right that's just kinda squatting in Nurgle's realm. In Age of Sigmar, it gets promoted to the fifth Chaos God after the destruction of the Warhammer world. (Which doesn't sit well with me personally, since the Horned Rat sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the Chaos Gods, thematically speaking)

@@kayeka4123 I like to think that the Great Horned Rat represents a form of Chaos perpendicular to the Four, cuz it has all of the traits of the other Chaos Gods, but only their worst aspects. It revels in plague and entropy but will constantly subvert the natural cycle. It loves to scheme and manipulate others but enjoys crushing hope. It is entirely self-obsessed but is revolted by beauty, and it inspires murderous rage but will never fight honourably.
