Your current video was very funny - as always - but there was also a lot of interesting, real-world information in there too. The gas guy knows his stuff. I spent 13 years working on commercial pressure washers and used to run into problems with lp all the time. There’s pressure and there’s volume. Commercial pressure washers can pull 400,000 btu’s and up for the burner so your idea for high pressure to a manifold sounds good. That way you can regulate the gas pressure for each appliance independently and you won’t starve the stove when something else like the water heater turns on.
@grntchstrmdws3 ай бұрын
Remarkable memory on Aaron, the gas guy. You're so lucky to have him. I'm glad you guys were on the same page. The colder months will make it easier to get into the attic. You'll be wanting to remove and replace any insulation there. Expect lots of rat excrement. (But is it worth it? As able as you are, maybe it would be better to tear it down and start fresh. Rehabilitating that house could take years, and never be done. The only plus side in my view is that you'd have plenty of KZbin material. And what about those washes, long term? That's gonna take some time and money to make right.)

@nicholasblue3 ай бұрын
For your washes, just dump a load of gravel onto each of them. That'll get you through a couple of monsoon seasons, then you do it again. The alternative is to take your grader or tractor and shove all the sand aside. It'll come back when the washes run, which will give you something to do with all that free time. 😎☘️
