This facilitator is annoying! Floyd said "limit the number of dumped goods" not completely ban imported products. For those products that the municipality produce, it can reduce the number of imports and then offer incentive to local producers so they can meet demands and offer competitive prices.

Imagine they just all worked together to develop Johannesburg, and in turn South Africa. I mean the EFF has good ideas, sometimes they may not seem feasible but their approach to them makes them seam a lot more possible, and affordable. I also think they will benefit humanity in the long run. The ANC could bring their expertise to the table (in this case of Johannesburg), Parks seems like a very nice guy, who looks like he is trying to do his job. I mean in some cases why do we always have to have the PARTY A vs PARTY B system.

Unfortunately the EFF does not have the capacity to do anything, as illustrated by the way Floyd dogged the question about how the party would deal with issues of cheap products from China. The answer was simple but yet a bitter one, that SA must protect it's industries as the Chinese did. Tax foreign goods higher and subsidize the local producers to push the locals to support more local goods
