In Persia it is said; that just as water is formed by its surroundings and held together by its surroundings, so man is formed by his surroundings. Water takes any form you put it in. Put water in a glass, it takes the shape of the glass, put water in a bucket, it takes the shape of the bucket, put water in a bottle, it takes the shape of the bottle. But just put water on the ground, then it will flow in all directions, why? Because the water has no shape and nothing that keeps it in shape. This means that water is shaped and kept in shape by its surroundings. This picture can be transferred 1 to 1 on humans Man is also shaped and kept in shape by his surroundings. Sexuality has a lot to do with the environment you grew up in. The sexuality is more or less a response to the environment in which one grew up. If a man likes his own sex, it's because that man was formed that way in childhood from the outside, it's a disease that is treatable but insanely difficult for an outsider to understand. Because it's something you can't describe and an outsider can't understand.

Sexuality has nothing to do with how I grew up or my environment. Only a morally bankrupt degenerate would base their whole life and personality around a sexual fetish for excrement.

My leaning in helping "Christian Jesus followers" who struggle with their carnal natures over-riding their call to Christ likeness, has been to abstain. That gay man, e.g., can hopefully maintain a celibate lifestyle, but i can't imagine that practice literally changing him into a hetero-sexual man. He may very well always carry that same sex attraction and his not acting out on those desires is no different than my predisposition to look at porn and masturbate. For me, it's been a good 40 years and my desire to look lustfully at real women or women on film is ever present - I have to, like Job did, 'make a covenant with my eyes not to look upon a maid', Job said. The Holy Spirit, so far, doesn't seem to be transforming my fallen desires and impulses...maybe it's like a 'thorn in my flesh', IDK but it sucks to constantly battling this thing and it's not become any easier. Jesus and the Apostles delivered folks and they healed physical abnormalities...how is this any different? I have overcome my desire to stay drunk or high on drugs and even food, sugar in particular - what is it about sexual desires that makes that carnal flesh area so difficult to erradicate?

I was baptized when i was 17 in 2000 also i come from traditional ordodox background I am "truly " Bisexual all my life and struggle with same sex attraction since my early teens i did have sex with over 50 males and even briefly work as an escort. I did not have sex in many years now but still watch porn including gay porn the only time i dont watch porn for a long periods of time is during lent and fasting periods, So sam sex attraction as well ass porn is very hard to qvit its almost some type off addiction ratther then actual natural need.
