Answering your question at the beginning: it's a low pressure vortex! Often airplanes will have little fins (aka vortex generators) to help reduce drag and make the plane more efficient. The vortex is always there when the plane is moving, but sometimes atmospheric conditions will cause it to be visible

I once knew a man whose Mother was Vietnamese and his Father was an Italian-Irish Catholic combination and he was so hot 🔥 . He looked Vietnamese with a hairy chest . Very handsome . Delightful . Nice. Hopefully a good price for the cruise/tour. I usually recommend Taiwan, ROC for a visit to Asia. It's Free China. South Korea is pretty cool, too, and I've been to Seoul and Busan. I live in the Seattle area as well, and for time zones, I try to live the time zone of my destination when I get on the plane. Went to Taiwan last October for Pride (last Sat) and get on the plane at 2 AM, get dinner and go to bed ...have to try to stay up to 5 AM PST then get 4-8 hours sleep. They wake you up for breakfast and you start your day in Asia ! Going back to Seattle, leave at 9 PM but it's morning in Seattle. Have to try to stay awake so you can get a good nights rest when you get home. 🙂
