Run is an important survival tool. You are the weapon. A daily exercise discipline that gives you the capacity to maintain the stamina and strength for run or fight is a must. If your core makes the ready rig tight or your midline is wider than your hips, take action. For myself, at 57 yrs old, it's a daily battle for me, but running a mile in gear or being able to fireman carry a person one day will save a life. Fasting is an effective and free way to reduce the midline quickly.

I’d add a breaching tool in addition to your lock pick set. In an emergency, you won’t have time to fiddle around with a pick set. JMO
@teardown-systems2 күн бұрын
Absolutely right, we actually have two types in our lockpick case, we will be doing a video on it individually pretty soon. We also have cutters we didn’t show but have in the bag.

This is cool but what scenarios are you preparing for? Civil unrest? What are your realistic expectations when you’re prepping? Again there is Nothing wrong with a prepared civilian but if your prepping for a direction action role against riots you’ll be in more trouble than anything. Law enforcement will not appreciate that.

@@CodeResp training, alot of training, whether its patrolling, drills, weekend training events. Ya gotta get out there and put in the work. So yes its a type of dress up, just like military members train and dress up, till they actually are deployed. Gotta put in the work before hand.
