Ptuj looks like somewhere I'd love to visit. I really enjoy the history of the medieval towns and the view from the pedestrian Bridge of the city looks so pretty. That lazy boy chair in the second castle does not look like it meets today's comfort standards. Great accommodation, too!

Those views with the orange rooftops are so nostalgic for us, we love that part of the world. You guys had beautiful weather during your time. Love David getting his dance on! Affordable accommodation and a free party! 😂 The castle paintings on the walls looked really pretty to see, loved all the people in their medieval clothing, makes it so authentic 😊

Congratulations on your visit to eastern Slovenia, which most ignore. Celje Castle is in the valley where I live. The hidden gem here is Zovnek Castle, the original castle of the Counts of Celje, which almost no one visits. Thank God ... ha ha

Sorry for laughing...but the scene where David is dancing in the apartment to the music from the club is hilarious 🙈 we know exactly what that feels like, we had a similar situation in Czech Republic..we walked into our Airbnb and saw earplugs on the bed...that night we found out why 🙉🎶

Slovenia is beautifull. I enjoyed wathing and listening this amazing video. I live quite close to these cities but I haven't had time to visit them yet. Next time, if you are nearby, visit Bosnia and Serbia, which is rich in waterfalls, mountains, fortresses, archeological sites and many natural beauties. Thanks for sharing this video and keep up the good work

You know if you read some history about Maribor you were standing on the bridge where Adolf Hitler was standing and you were on the main squere where possibly Hitler had a speech and he said I WILL MAKE THIS LAND GERMAN AGAIN. And if you visit Maribor again in the future you should visit the museums ther and you should go to the STALAG 18-D. And you should go on Pohorje. its sad i didnt saw you in Maribor but it is great that you made a video about my city.
@LucasWorldTravel2 жыл бұрын
Yes we enjoyed Maribor very much! You have a great city!
@franciscoguerra89845 ай бұрын
Fun fact. I recently visited friends in Marlboro and they said that the main building in the square is where hitler delivered a speech during ww2. Also, the tower on the building is slightly off center due to a dispute between engineers who argued where the center of the building was so one of the engineers spitefully built it off center on purpose to agrivate the other engineer.
@LucasWorldTravel5 ай бұрын
Interesting! We didn't know about the off center building. Thanks for sharing that bit of history with us!
