Yep, and none of them are really helpful. Just holding up a stone doesn't really train your arms, you've got to work with them. Same with the hips. That's more a test of endurance, and how long it takes for your muscles to be to saturated with lactase than training strength. And it's more of a test of willpower than strength, aka how long you want to endure the pain... Good commedy though.
