So the chosen one is not just a single person but can be reincarnated. So we can thought The Son also can be reincarnated after The Son dead I think Maul is his reincarnation. He got the same fate and now it is reincarnated through Baylan Skoll and then Ben Solo brought ended this cycle of reincarnation. He found his inner peace and redeem himself to ressurect Rey. It is parallel with The Father transfer The Daughter's life combined Anakin's power to ressurect Ahsoka. Ahsoka is reincarnation of The Daughter.
@InfiniteNaos4 ай бұрын
@@kerrymohd7839 That could be true, but remember one thing the Daughter had her essence transferred to Ahsoka. A physical reincarnation as she gave her life up willingly to save her. The Son ended up dying and didn’t save anyone who was already dead sort of like how Ahsoka died. Plus, I’m unsure if his essence could’ve saved someone’s life like how the Daughter’s is pure light which brings forth life while the essence of the Son brings forth darkness and death. Maybe if someone was naturally more dark sided in nature sort of like Mace. Willing to get his hands dirty a lot without suffering the intoxicating effect of the Darkside. In fact, that’s what the Son was suppose to be a representation of the dark but he too suffered the same intoxicating effect of going too deep into the Darkside which drove him to be much more selfish than his real nature. He loved his family, but him wanting to kill his father to leave Mortis and always butting heads with his sister lead him down the path of selfishness. Same thing which Anakin suffered when he was selfish trying to gain power to save his wife, a noble cause, but he jumped the gun so quickly instead of taking his time, and seeing perhaps other ways to saving her if it was truly meant to be. As far as the reincarnation of the Chosen One technically that isn’t possible. Anakin has always been THE Chosen One as stated by George Lucas. It’s just that Luke did inherit his power and showcased the feats Anakin could’ve had only if his potential was reached to the fullest with balance. Not all light or all dark, but in the middle; using the dark for power while using the light to keep a level head. Even Leia could’ve had a similar experience with having greater power if she had taken the path of a Jedi, but with how George would’ve written her she was the balance of the Republic. She had to bring back real balance socially and politically to galaxy that was in great shambles after the dissolution of the Senate by Palpatine and the take over of the Empire from being security to being overlords. That would’ve been her great purpose becoming the new chancellor and fixing a pretty much dead Republic. She’d take up the mantle that her mother Padme didn’t quite get to and fix up everything wrong with the Senate. Get rid of corruption, abolish slavery, clean up certain worlds from piracy and gangs, if possible get rid of the crime syndicates, etc.

The toxic side of the fandom isn’t smart enough to grasp these concepts. They’d have called the whills woke and hated on the whole premise of each episode. Regardless of Lucas being the author, they’d have had plenty of disdain for his work too. The reaction to the prequels (which I love dearly) are proof positive that would be the case. It’s sad that they pushed Lucas to step back. This treatment would have been so sick. At least Filoni honoured his vision in clone wars and Rebels. We have to let Filoni take the reins and appreciate his wisdom, after all, he was George’s protege, and therefore the chosen one who will restore balance to the Lucasfilm universe. I have spoken.

There aren't many modern franchises ran by one man like Lucas and Star Wars for years. That being said if George would have kept going I think it would have ended up similar to One Piece and its creator Oda. The fan base may not always be happy, we may not always understand Oda's choices, but he gets the benefit of the doubt because he is the creator of the series and he is just expanding his dream reality how he sees fit. Gene Roddenberry and his family got to expand Star Trek and the fans accepted it, Tolkien fans enjoyed his son finishing some of his other works because he had an idea what his father wanted to do.

As someone who never disliked the prequels as a whole, though I didn't like the idea of Midiclorians, I accepted them as George Lucas' vision and enjoyed the story, especially as it pertained to the entire arc of Anakin from his birth and ascension to power, then his fall to the Dark Side, and finally his redemption because of his son. The story told by Lucas from I through VI is really a brilliant and moving one; and again, it's Lucas' story. The Disney sequel trilogies were not Lucas' story. Even so, they could have been good stories themselves but they just weren't -- individually or collectively. It was obvious where the whole thing was going from the time that the first trailer dropped for The Force Awakens. And the controversy surrounding them isn't over: they're still bad and divisive. So, we will never know whether Disney could've given us something good and satisfying because it didn't happen and you cannot "undo" what has been done. Had George Lucas produced his own sequel trilogy, while it might not have been great, and it might have ended up being similarly divisive, it would've had the benefit of being his vision and we could have appreciated it -- or not -- on that basis. The idea of a story being told from the perspetive of micro-organisms seems odd, granted, but that doesn't mean it would've been necessarily bad. I think the biggest challenge facing any sequel trilogy, no matter who led it, is that the core Skywalker saga -- the rise, fall, and redemption of Anakin Skywalker -- ended in Episode VI. So, anything after that really doesn't have anything to do with that and starts to be its own thing. Anakin/Vader is gone. The Emperor is gone. The Empire is gone. You can do a story from the perspective of Luke & Leia trying to put things together again for the Jedi and the Republic, but now you're starting to tell a different story. At that point, it wouldn't really seem like a sequel, but the start of something else. Bringing back Darth Maul would be cool... like a sort of bookend. But still, since the core saga is over, it would seem underwhelming. And then you ARE starting to tell the same story again, with a nefarious evil cult of some sort trying to overthrow/regain power in the Galaxy. Anyhow, I think the best thing that can be said about a hypothetical George Lucas sequel trilogy is that it would at least have been the story he wanted to tell, and we could have evaluated it from that standpoint. As it stands, what we got was just crap. And with George Lucas getting up in age and Disney still owning the rights to Star Wars, we will probably not ever see his vision in our lifetimes if ever.

One thing you have to keep in mind with Star Wars - although they are very popular films, they are more arthouse films than „blockbusters“ in spirit. They are a lot about the ideas and philosophy. And bar a repetition of the themes of the original trilogy and some confused stuff about legacy the sequels have none. That’s why they are comparatively forgettable. And it’s also a larger problem with a lot of Star Wars now. These films if anything would have been interesting and probably a true expansion of what had come before, not a simple repeat.

There was no need for a sequel trilogy. I think the original and prequels really told the story that was needed because it was all about Anakin/Vader and the rise and fall of Palpatine and we saw both the beginning, middle, and end of all that. If anything, George could have done an epilogue movie (Episode VII) that dealt with the rebuilding of the New Republic and the new generation of Jedi but a hybrid of them and the Sith known as "Skywalkers" all orchestrated by Luke who gave the name after himself as he's learned to embrace both the light and dark to create a better balance of the warriors. In the meantime, the last bit of evil lurks in the galaxy which is where Darth Maul could come in to take over where Palpatine left off and he's defeated. Boom, just a solo movie to wrap up both trilogies and call it a day.

I think Lucasfilm should canonize a Star Wars Multiverse that brings the Legends continuity into canon as a separate timeline. Then, George or an author working with him could publish a book series the canonizes his sequel trilogy as a third timeline. This would also allow the various stories from Vision to be canonical in their own timelines, along with some of the non-canon stories from the old expanded universe. I know some people would push back at the idea of establishing a Star Wars multiverse in light of the current state of Marvel movies, but I think it would benefit the Star Wars IP as a whole to make it a multiverse.

I’m honestly kind of glad we didn’t get this for a number of reasons one is that I don’t feel like Maul should have been the big bad because he better as an Obi-Wan villain, and not a overarching villain in my opinion. He also makes more sense as a nobody who gets some power, and not some sort of overarching planner like a Sidious. I’m also perfectly fine with not going deeper down the rabbit hole of the scientific side of the force. I don’t particularly care for the midichlorians and think that making the whills a microcellular organism is making the concept over complex. Do I particularly like what Disney is done with the sequels? No. With that said, I’ve also never really liked what I’ve heard of George’s concept for the sequels. Now that being said, as with all of his work, it would’ve gone through multiple iterations, and might’ve actually become something more interesting draft of Revenge of the Sith Palpatine was going to reveal that he was actually Anakin‘s father, which I am glad God left on the cutting floor. As much as I love Jorge and what he has done I find that he has a bad habit of overexplaining things that really don’t need explaining. I find this ironic as he is the man who is famous for “show not tell”.

Thank you for this video! Hopefully we could see this in an animated series in the future, produced by Lucas himself..

critics will say how tiring sith vs jedi get, but the irony is that whenever star wars goes through a long dry spell, new sith vs jedi always brings back the hype and excitement... lol

This sounds really good, but I think the sequel trilogy needed a bigger threat than Darth Maul and gangsters.

I woulda loved for George Lucas to of made the ST. It would have been so much better than what we got.

i’d love to see a video analyzing the chosen one prophecy and candidates. the acolyte got me thinking whether the prophecy is more about having the ability and being in the right place at the right time and choosing to fulfill the role, or whether it’s about the person having a special destiny. maybe the difference is a matter of perspective, but all of a sudden anakin is not the only person to be conceived by midichlorians and have an incredible m-count and affinity for the force. with the new disney canon, what makes anakin so special? probably the same quality that let him become the keeper of the world between worlds, but now we don’t know what his special quality is. did sol think osha was the chosen one? did yoda consider the possibility? how might the events of the acolyte have influenced yoda’s opinions about anakin or his actions during the clone war? all in all, i wish we got the rest of lucas’s original vision instead

Though I think at a glance I would have found the concept of the wills annoying, Lucas wouldn't have assassinated Luke's character. So yes, I would have vastly preferred Lucas's third trilogy. Though Han shot first.

This would be a hell of a ride. He truly thought it all out and would be so amazing to see all of that.

Whatever Lucas came up with would've been far better than what Disney did. Episode 7 was just a reboot of Episode 3! Lucas also would've had an overarching plot running through all three sequels. Instead, Disney had three directors who didn't give a damn about working together, they just wanted to do their own thing.

To those who think George Lucas' Sequel Trilogy would havedone better with audience, my answer to that is no. People would have hated it regardless whether Lucas made the trilogy or not. The idea stems from the Prequel trilogy and even Episode 4. Though memorable Lucas' dialogue are terrible, his direction for actors questionable and his ideas constantly changing. Lucas is a brilliant and imaginative man, but his track record shows that whether he made his trilogy or not the fans would have hated him for it. Probably unjustifiably. Look at the Prequel trilogy. I remember people would not stop hating those movies and some still do. They are flawed for their direction, acting and Lucas constantly changing his mind. However the trilogy would have been more consistent than Disney's trilogy, that I'm one hundred percent sure.

I'd love to see a full CGI Lucas movie about the Whills, that fully syncs up with the run time of one of his existing Star Wars movies. Fully it's own Whills universe, and not infringing on copyright, but when secretly designed to be viewed simultaneously with the original film. To give the viewer context for how the Whills influenced the characters and the Force in his mind

First off, more videos like this, please! Further more, I would always prefer a creator's intention over anything else. Last but not least, George Lucas is a genius. You should always listen to what he has to say.

While there are few things I dislike with George Lucas ideas for his squad trilogy (Chosen One being a Mantle) Ultimately he's the creator and it doesn't matter if we fans like it or not. He's the one who created it it's his story to tell. I defiantly would rather have seen George Lucas sequel trilogy then have the Disney ones any where in the multiverse. George Lucas is God, of Star Wars he should have the absolute say not use.
