Now this Markus Ruhl comes and beats sometimes all american not only at the arnold classic 2003, that's a defeat for the american feeling of being the worlds empire and being superior to everyone else. So this hurted false pride let to the strange placings of Markus Ruhl in many contests or more concrete it is the butt-hurt of some patriot-pussies who can't accept that a german is coming in their domain (BB) and beats them. Multiplying with 0.45 or 0.3 is not that hard, you're right, but doing it 10x per video can get quite annoying. And 0.45 and 0.3 aren't even perfectly accurate, so it's way easier to hear the exact height from Nick than multiplying feet with 0.3048

Met him 2 years ago, I was blown away how much of a gentleman he is and down to the earth man. True class. I talked to him for good 10-15 minutes I remember I asked him the feeling when he step on stage. And he said, it's like a dream, you don't feel exhausted, you don't feel weak, it's the most amazing feeling in the earth. I also remember we used to crack jokes on one guy that asked him questions on how to get big biceps and shit haha. He is also the first world class bodybuilder I met.

One of my faves. Marcus had better symmetry than people give him credit for. 38 waist not to big compared to the rest of his body. Hard, dense, contioning. Vascular as hell. Look at physique as a whole. Symmetry is much better than you think. Underrated in my opinion. Definitely crowd favorite.

Marcus should have won that contest over Jay and Ronnie. Pictures do not lie. He was bigger, his symmetry was impeccable in addition to body fat had to be less than 3% due to the incredible muscle separation and veins the size of Kansas City. With this incredibly wrong analysis I hope bodybuilding is not fixed since I have been a loyal fan of the sport and a bodybuilder for many years to maintain my physical shape. Keep on pumping!

Hi Nick, not a bodybuilder but I used to work at my ucle's fitness store where he used to sell supplements and during my time there all I could read was bodybuilding magazines. Watching your channel reminds me of that era. Since your channel has the word strength in it could you do videos on olympic lifters as well because they are incredibly strong for example Dimas was a powerhouse at 83kg body weight. Don't know if you already did videos like that. All the best for your channel.
