i liked this even with the clean lyrics they managed to still sound great live without having to just censor the words, they came up with clean fills for the lines im impressed!
@bakerfresh Жыл бұрын
I think the clean version was better than the explicit on this song and video...Yo mTV raps. Back when they'd put thought into a clean version to have the song/story make sense. A lot was lost with the Fuh-beep-cuk You Mother Fuc-beep-ker. Or the later pause...just say the word then....you aren't censoring it. Drove me crazy, and does now...especially having to listen to swear, paused in the middle, amd auto tuned in a whiny voice.

I'm discovering how intelligent Bill was just now. Their music was so hardcore, lewd, psychotic and great! I never really considered how intelligent they were. Now on KZbin going down a Bushwick Bill rabbit hole, I was thinking-man, this is one intelligent dude. Outside of the rap horror world they created in their music, they all lived pretty normal lives. That is-with the exception of Bushwick having his eye shot out!

They each stood out. Scarface's lyrics put a voice to paranoia and anxiety, plus he slayed on the mic. I love how Willie D is giving shoutouts, then effortlessly commands the stage with his booming voice. And of course Bill had that brash rasp and snarl. Love this performance!
