Im glad to see Jim still with you guys, and Andrew seems to have gotten better somehow. To relearn like he has must of been incredibly hard. Hard work and dedication shows. On a side note, Jim is from my hometown and I worked with his sister for a couple of years. We would talk about bands all the time and she mentioned her brother was in a band. She never told me he is the F***ing bassist of my favorte Group.

After borderline fangirling TGI's body of work up to this point, I'm shocked by how great Vigil's clean vocals are and strengthened by the evocative writing. Really glad to see that Vigil's recovered well from some recent-ish vocal scares, and seeing Tkaczyk STILL hammering away is a success story like no other..it was really great to catch you in that Tampa elevator most recently, Andrew, and much love to Chris, Jim, Aaron always

I dont care what anyone says, this song is a banger. Ive been a fan since the very beginning, TGI has been my favorite metal band since i was about 13/14, people are going to bitch about anything, if a band changes their sound, fans bitch, if they do the exact same thing album after album, fans will bitch about that too. You cant be in a band for over a decade and not change and this kind of music will help them grow to a wider audience thus making them more money, which is great. TGI deserves to have some mainstream success. Its not like their new music is bad, every song theyve put out so far, earn it, split, this song, theyre good songs. Its just different, still slaps IMO. Cant wait for the album to drop!

Is it the norm for you to direct videos for repetitive, boring songs that we've all heard umpteen times before by other bands, written by no-talent hacks?? 🤔 I think you and I both know that the lack of talent in this band is completely laughable. 😆 If it was possible to have musical Down syndrome, this band of power-chord guitarists paired with the most redundantly boring, one-dimensional singer, would easily take the cake in the metalcore genre. I do understand business, though. Since they paid your company to direct the video, you now feel obligated to pretend to support them. That's just how business goes. 👌🏼 It's no different than when a lawyer despises and wishes he could kill his piece-of-trash client, but will publicly support that client and only speak good of him in court..

@@Zafire94 Has absolutely nothing to do with that. The Ghost Inside's older material was very melodic. What irritates me about this, is the total departure from their melodic hardcore roots. This couldn't be more catered to the mainstream. It's boring, predictable, and totally unremarkable.

Not gonna lie. I’m 35 and been listening to metal, hardcore/metalcore since I was 14. In college, these guys were big and I just never gave them the attention they deserved, other than listening to a select few songs (like Between the Lines, Engine 45, etc…their big tracks). As a drummer, I was a big fan of Andrew (their drummer) from his time with For the Fallen Dreams…a band I LOVED in the 2008-2014 timeframe (still listen to their old stuff). Anyway, re-discovered TGI in my early 30s and I’m obsessed with every album and all the new bangers they’re putting out. Love their redemption story after the accident. I think “Aftermath” is what really drew me back to them. And the fact Andrew is drumming with one leg is ridiculous. All respect. Hope these dudes are rocking well into their 50s, if not longer.
