As a MASSIVE dmc fan, theres something in this game i really wish they implemented. STYLE KILLS, i ADORE the idea that you have to be a certain style level to damage a demon, thats pure genius.

Yeah, this title is a bit of a hidden gem. Considering how little time the devs had(they wanted to implement the bike in combat, even before DMC5), they did a pretty good job from what it looks like.

​@@Vasco1001 Spoilers ahead: The run's been a whole lot of mediocre story beats that are over taken by teasing a greater plot that does not have a satisfying payoff and hints that some very despised Spider-Man storylines might get undone or at least directly addressed. Sin's Past got retconned (and despite all the teasing, One More Day wasn't undone) as an equally convoluted plan about a Harry Osborn A.I making two genetic clone bodies as vessles for demons, who are tricked into believing they are Norman Osborn and Gwen Stacy's kids. Everything that happened in Sin's past about people who weren't in on the plan and yet witnessed the supposedly made up events? All Mysterio, including Norman fucking Gwen Stacy. Either Mysterio watched Norman Osborn dry hump the air multiple times or he put on a wig and took one for the team. And the issue that came out recently further revealed that this, Sin's Past and One More Day, were all apart of a grand scheme by Mephisto to stop Peter and MJ from getting married so they don't give birth to their daughter who's fated to be the one who defeats Maphisto once and for all.

I actually liked the first movie. Sure it’s not winning any awards anytime soon but for what it was, a 2000s era superhero movie about a somewhat obscure Marvel character, I’d say it did a decent job. Plus, I thought The Phantom Rider being Ghost Rider’s predecessor was a neat idea and I would have loved to see a prequel about his adventures. And of course the less said about the sequel the better.

I remember you saying your theory of all pre-MCU Marvel movies sharing the same universe in your livestream of the Punisher game, and honestly it doesn't take much to connect them. And as far as the movie goes, I rented it several times back when that was a thing. I still think the actual Ghost Rider scenes hold up. The movie plots, not so much.

To stem off of that? If you read the novelization of Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man books, you'll find several references to other heroes. In the Spider-Man 2 book, when Doc Ock throws a car through the window, Peter wonders if the Hulk is back in town and says he fought him before
