Мне кажется Левану надо вес подсбросить( Чтобы хорошо себя чувствовать и чтобы на сердце и сосуды такой нагрузки не было( А то очень переживательно за такого хорошего человека( А в армрестлинге слегка скинув, хуже не станет. Восстанавливаться быстрее начнет да и по выносливости легче станет. И это я не говорю про жизнь в спорте и в целом которая станет значительно дольше и лучше. I believe that endurance is his main problem (deep heavy breathing). If Levan would cut his weight down to -140 kg instead of +190 kg would be far better for his health in general.
