I hope she continues to improve and excel, and someday have a shot at the NHL.

From what I could find, which was practically nothing, in the 2 tournaments her team played in for the 2022-2023 tournament, she out performed the male goalie on her team. So she at least was better than one other guy.

Sky's the limit; can't wait to see her in the NHL, PWHL, or any other league that she's up for. As I watch Poulin, Knight, Maltais, Campbell, Nurse, and all the many others draw tens of thousands to see them on the ice, I raise a glass to her future as well. GO SOPHIE GO!

this is only cuz she's a goalie id like to see her play a real position its much harder then you think anyone can stop a puck shell never make it it would ruin the sport of hockey thats why they have a women league

Thankfully, pro sports (at the highest levels) are one of the few remaining, true meritocracies. Highly unlikely she'll play in the NHL. If she does, great. If not, great...

they should allow call ups from pwhl to the nhl if some women are clearly too good. the barrier has been broken once smaller framed players started playing in nhl teams. connor garland, alex debrincat, johnny gaudreau etc. but that will take years because iirc the pwhl hasnt had a championship yet?
