If i am not mistaken this is about Dagmar Overby, a women that adopted a lot of "unwanted" kids from their paratents. And while saying that she would take good care of them, she would then procede to kill the kids... It became a very notorious crime case in Denmark.

Yikes…it seems there were women just like this in other countries too; there was a case in Victorian England (forgot her name but she was hanged) and I think there was a case in the 1800’s (?) US. So weird to think it was a legitimate job to be a professional child adopter 😮

I went to take a peek for like 30 seconds at the trailer to choose what screening to watch at a festival, and for some unfortunate reason clicked on your comment and read it.
