Hi guys! just started viewing your stuff lately, after seeing you on Welkers! loved the interaction and the 3 common bonds: Farming, Montana and Faith in our Loving Lord! I didnT grow up on a farm, (my dad was a Pastor)but most of our friends were farmers and we spent a lot of time on their farms, playing as kids, working as adults and now just having coffee and talking bout the good ole days! I am from Saskatchewan, North western part! so was very interested to hear your Seed Master was headed 425 miles north, which would put you near the northern edge of farming in Sask! I know Farmers all across the northern part of the province, so would love to know the area its headed to! any way, God Bless you and your family and may you have a great year Farming!

Nothing beats homegrown beef. Good to see the girls helping out they can be a great asset to your operation in the years to come. When you dump the semi into the auger how many times does it take to hit the spot just right or do you make a mark on the ground ? As I'm writing this were getting some drizzle and it's supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow and rain and snow tomorrow and Wednesday and yesterday we had a high of 76 almost a record, but today it was 59 but we definitely need the moisture cuz it is dry out just like you.

What purpose would you have for the old flex coil drill other than to compare your upgrades to what Leg Arms & Hollywood did to their units. I thought you went with the new 100' drill to eliminate one piece of equipment rather than having two drills !
@FastAgMontana2 жыл бұрын
It wouldn’t run all the time. Would be for some areas that the 100’ wouldn’t go. Some small fields or some steep hills. Not completely sure how the 100’ is going to pull on the hills yet.

Are you planning on pulling that air drill with the MX 200 (or the new tractor) or will the big magnum pull it? I think your big magnum will have plenty of power to pull it, as long as you have enough ballast. those 3/4" knives wont take too much power and with only a 230 bu tank I would not be scared to run it with the magnum. One note on the hydraulics, flexicoil never did use very good hydraulic hoses, so with them being sunbaked and stationary for so long you may have a few blown hoses the first time you use it.
@FastAgMontana2 жыл бұрын
Would use the 370.

You gave them life, they owe you 15 years of moderate labor LOLOL, that's the standing joke around here. My kids love farming though. My oldest is 14, I keep telling her that in 10 years, me and her mom are taking off for a remote island somewhere, so she better be sharp and able to run things. She called me out on it and said I won't be able to leave, some of her brothers and sisters won't be grown up yet, to which I replied, hey, I'm leaving you some free labor.

@robindelorme11392 жыл бұрын
It wont fit on any trailer and still be legal. Even towing it with a semi may be trouble being how tall it is while wing'ed up. Is the tow truck going to have a wet kit to let the wings down under power lines? Where is it going to up in Canada? Edit: "No Name" I wasn't asking you, should have put it into my own comment instead of a reply
