Fouad, I work for a Sleep lab and we specialize in sleep apnea, as well as doing EEG's. CPAP's and BiPAP's are two different machines that give air differently. Using a PAP machine is a lifesaver and life extender, especially in our sport. Sleep apnea is not just on obese individuals, it affects children to the elderly. Glad you touch on apnea, it should be discussed more often for our sport. Train Hard Win Easy 💪 Michael "Haus"

I’m happy to hear that Guy is Shawn Rhoden’s Godfather to his daughter. I’m super confident Guy will be always be there for her. Much love for guy for being a stand up human being and he was only of the few who attended Shawn’s funeral from this community.

First podcast I tried to listen to while driving to work. I had to shut it off, found myself laughing to hard at times to drive. Sitting at a light I was laughing my ass off and the people in the car beside me were looking at me like I have 3 heads. Thanks guys all of you are fantastic.

Glad to hear about mental issues. I have been in the same boat for about a year now. 1. When there is no woman/dating partner in my life I literally have no meaning in life and sometimes, even worse; 2. Even when I'm with a woman I just say to myself life is just casually existing day after day until we die. Man that fucks me up soooo bad. The amount of Tren and Deca I take don't help too I must admit....

I was resting from some squats when I noticed a guy in the mirror at the gym out of the corner of my eye walking around with a 45 lb handled plate in each hand. My first thought was, "Hey, that guy is practicing delivering plates like a mailman." Then I noticed he was my mailman. I lost it for a second laughing. When he came around on his second lap I told him about it. He laughed too.

13:06 BIPAP is technically a bi-level inspiratory positive airway pressure machine. So unlike a CPAP which only delivers one level of positive inspiratory presume(blows in at one set rate regardless of whether or not the patient is breathing in or out) a BIPAP will have a lower level of positive air way pressure when a patient exhales(breaths out) I used to be a practicing Respiratory Therapist so this is the bare bones difference.

My ex training partner, heavy stoner, after 6 months of training decide that full runs between the sets makes perfect sense. So for example, he is doing two sets for back, going out from gym, running around town for about 10-15min. Coming back red, sweat, hardly catching any breath, clocking in to gym again for few sets before another fullblown run. That's how ladies and gentlemans fat burns while muscles grow. Sometimes he is sending me pic from one of those sessions with caption "im fucked". No wonder...

For chaffing, i wear stretchy cycling shorts like material over my underwear, kinda like under-Armour, but a cheaper version you could find in any sport clothing shop. I used to use stick deodorant to lube myself up, but would have to reapply after a few hours. The stretchy shorts work perfectly.
