Dennis, I take a lot of inspiration from Flex. I was always into bbing from young age and as life would have it I donated a kidney to my elder brother back in 2009 .. it’s been 13 years and I’m married with kids but bbing is still a big part of my life. I don’t workout much and stress my single kidney but I follow all you guys and all you guys are my inspiration and idols. May Allah give health to my dear Flex 👊🏻

Rhoden was the closest to Flex and he was still kind of far. He didn't have the triceps or the back double biceps. Charles Claremont was incredible. Don't know why he faded away. 2nd prettiest physique next to Flex.

If any of the guys in the show read this, tell Flex to have his kids see a geneticist: they can test for a specific gene (APOL1) that strongly correlates with his type of kidney disease and other autoimmune kidney diseases. That gene is more common in African descent people than other races. Relatively new test, many regular docs may not know about it.

Flex doesn’t know much about Andrew. “He don’t make money sitting at home”. He makes way more money at home working his real job than he ever could stepping on a bodybuilding stage. Competing/travel expenses literally would put him out of pocket even if he was to win these lower level shows.
