When the warning is the most exciting element of a training video, it is the wise viewer who applies imagination, thus achieving a modicum of enlightenment. (Right or Wrong.) :-( Soooo....I imagine this training video teaches how a spider should hold, then web-wrap dinner, to serve as a future meal. Bravo! Actually, being partially deaf I can't understand what is said. AND if CC? I doubt I would understand; not being in Martial Arts. Keep those instructional videos coming! These videos are great tools for those who understand and practice what's demonstrated. What I learn is the dedication to the basics it takes to truly be a Martial ARTIST. Then there is the acting side of your work, which also takes dedication to that ART. Thank you. I am off to slip on a banana peel. AUGH!!! :-)
