Omg this is (in my eyes) the PERFECT setup! The bedrooms are not small and the back behind the kitchen would be great if you have an elderly parent living with you (like I do). This is, by far, the best home tour you did! LOVE IT!!!

I'd guess that shower could be changed. That is a molded shower pan in it, a totally tiled shower, walls, and floor probably could be done for a price.

This house is just...AMAZING!!! I absolutely love it. Especially the kitchen utility area. So much elbow room. Just a fantastic job of showing, Chance! You show a house like how I would like to look through it if I were there. You let us see everything. I like looking in the cupboards, and closets. I like to see what else would fit in the rooms besides the things the room is customized to have.

This is a great layout for a multi-generational family, or perhaps a blended family where there's an age gap between the oldest child and his/her half-siblings. Grandma/Grandpa or oldest child can have their own space with the 4th bedroom.

My boyfriend and I looked at this model last year in Tennessee. We purchased a different 4 bedroom model/brand over a year ago and because of labor/lumber shortages it’s still not done yet 😳 was supposed to be built and delivered by last October, now they said maybe July but don’t count on it. But that’s ok! For now I will live vicariously through your videos lol

Outstanding layout. Perfect for my situation, having my elderly mom and children. I would change the kitchen however. I would opt for the sink to be moved to where the cook top is and a window put there. Then have a regular stove instead of the wall oven. I would have just a plain island, with the microwave installed in the island. Thanks Chance. I liked and shared!

Deer Valley has some really nice homes. I love the stone outside. And I really like how the kitchen is divided from the Living room. I wouldn't change anything, but would add a sliding back door, to eventually have a deck. Love it, love it. And deer valley uses wooden shelving in the pantry and closets. Instead the wired white racks. I don't care for those. Makes the house look cheap. Yes, you can make them wooden yourself, but why? Utility room needs cupboards though.

Home prices are ridiculous. How does anyone expect to pay an outrageous amount for a house nowadays. Some of these double wide, triple wide and manufactured housing, pre fab is even getting outrageous to afford a home.

This home, in my opinion, is the most beautiful home and layout. I love the living room, the very best one I've seen and the best fireplace by far. It's so extremely cozy. I love how it's open and closed at the same time. I have a open floor plan house right now, but love how the kitchen and dining is slightly separated. The only change I would do to save some space is instead of a regular door on the pantry I'd do a po ket door or barn door instead

Absolutely on the pocket-door or barn door! I really love the large laundry area‼️ I spend a lot of time in that area. Nice to where there's room for a freezer & closet for brooms, vacuum cleaner etc. Suggestion: put in a sliding glass door somewhere around back to where you could have a deck added later. On the outside, I would prefer a bit lighter, color option & wider front porch. Would there be an option to put (in master bathroom) one of those walk-in tubs? (Would be ideal for seniors, like myself & my husband)☺️ I absolutely love, love the way there several pantry closets‼️ That is so needed in homes today. Also love the desk cubby w/storage. This house seems to have it all. Could the big porch (on the triple) be added to this floorplan & screened in? Oh, one more thing, is there a way that the heat/air system could be vented in the ceiling, like the triple-wide was (4- this model)? Triple 👍's up on this home‼️

This really is a great home. Love all that storage space - it has a lot more closets than our site built home and our home is even larger than this! Great layout! Love the huge utility room! The only thing that us concerning to me is the areas in the shower where you have to step over. I’m sure there’s a good reason, but when you are our age (71 and almost 75) falls are a concern. In fact, we are always looking for trip hazards! But other than that it is a great home! Thanks for another great video, Chance!

I completely agree with you about the shower access in the master bedroom (72 here). I’ve never seen a linear/infinity shower drain in a manufactured home, but I guess you could do that if you were willing to pay the upcharge 🙂.

Opt for a fully tiled shower, get rid of the molded shower pan. I bet then they could get rid of the step over spots.

I agree Ms. Sharron, love the house but my husband & I are mindful of tripping. We, too are of a mature age & mindful of areas. Also look at widths of door ways & halls as we have walkers & a daughter that's in a motorized wheelchair & they need to be accommodated for her. We'd also have to figure out the steps going to porch (& 🏠).
