This prefab home never runs out of space! The house we are touring today is a “manufactured,” but can also be built as a modular home. The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Anais.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 3,180(heated & cooled) square foot on main level. Let me know what you think about the video! It's beautiful. I owned my own home for 12 yrs and had a fire and at the time our home owners insurance was dropped and we never received a notice. We lost so much in less than 2 months my house then my dad died and my car of my dreams that was almost paid off got repo and now the house we are renting got sold and we only have 2 weeks to move and we can't afford the price of rents. I don't want to celebrate Christmas homeless living out of my car. I hope God hears my prayers I love to rent a triple wide or even a single I just don't want to live in my small car with my family.

My husband and I may order this home and set it up on our retirement lakefront property on Lake Pomme de Terre in Missouri. (We found a Deer Valley dealer that is only 69 miles away.) We love the back deck, the pantry and the massive master bedroom and master bathroom. The only changes we will make in the kitchen will be to add a double oven, move the sink to the main counter, and then add a vegetable prep sink to the island. Otherwise this will be a "dream home" for my husband and me!

I love everything about this home! The only thing that is really throwing me off is the price. I get that everything is upgraded but at the end of the day it is a manufactured home! For that price I might as well build a custom home. It would cost about the same and could have all the same features. In my opinion, very overpriced and out of reach for a lot of people.

This is actually a off frame modular… when they sit it down on the concrete foundation it’s literally the same as a traditional build! It’s appraised and deeded as a home it says nothing about manufactured. And to build a 3180 square foot house for this price good luck with that!

The average cost of a new construction, stick built home is over $200 a sqft. Unless you plan on living in 12-1500 sqft, this is a great option and the fit and finish of a deer valley home is nicer than most builder grade homes

Honestly this house is perfect, it has all the amenities of a mansion, and it hits all the right things. The perfect amount of bathrooms plus the half bathroom that I love, because I hate people having to go in our personal bathrooms, there should always be an extra 1/2 bathroom for the visitors to keep them completely separate. And it has the perfect size pantry somthing all homes should always have the living room is a great size, I like it the dining room the kitchen is nice everything everything is perfect, loved it!!

I love watching this channel and just day dreaming after a long day. I'm trying to save up to buy a house. Usually i dont like the style of these kitchens in the mobile homes..but this one is nice!
