OMG I love this home. The cabinets and doors are so beautiful. The kitchen finally has lots of space and lots of places to put things. The pantry is great for all the kitchen gadgets that you usually have to keep on the counters because there is never enough space but not the case in this home. There is not a single thing I find wrong with this home. Must say you also did a very good job of showing it as well. You are not quite Chance but I am sure that will come with time. (Lol)

There are two things that are kinda odd: the master closet goes into to toilet room, and not into just the bathroom. And the kid’s bathroom they should put the shower inside the toilet room, that way kids could be taking a shower and other kids could be doing hair and brushing teeth. But it’s an amazing floor plan and beautiful finishing.

The stand up freezer space in the pantry would also be an excellent space for an additional refrigerator. We use our second fridge for cooling cases of water, soft drinks and all sorts of other drinks. When we entertain it also comes in very handy for storing food prep items.

I really like the door options - I'm a pocket door fan. I like the hidden gun racks in the MBR - but must be someway to lock it; also liked the closets/ladies makeup area. In the kitchen - not a fan of the MW below the counter, but other things make up for it. Wow - love the huge S/S frig/freezer in the huge kitchen with a hidden pantry; huge utility closet is a big plus, too.

Could do without the dining room connected to the living room. I would just extend the carpet and make that a sitting area away from the TV. I don't like the microwave down so low either so I would just have that taken out and I would get me a roll cart to put up against the wall with my microwave on it. Other than that I love this home. And I like the handicap bar in the master bathroom.

Yes, I remembered when you toured the previous one several months ago. I really do love this house, it is so spacious. I would most likely get rid of one of the double ovens & put the microwave there. I dislike the ugly barn doors they look very awkward protruding out like that. I really like the guy surprise but was thinking behind those other two look alike cabinets they could have done a hidden jewelry safe and a wall safe. That's not a fridge. It's a bank vault. lol The hinges should have been hidden somehow for the gun cabinet so they wouldn't be noticeable. Is there a way to lock the closet door leading to the toilet? Anyone can barge in on you.

I don't like the microwave so low. I'd rather loose one of the ovens and put the microwave in its place so it's up higher. I'd also option out the 2 windows behind the bed in the master. 2 windows in a bedroom are plenty.

AND the proportions would be PERFECT for MY crowd! IF they weren't all grown with their own families! My husband and I got rid of our big house, and got an RV to travel the country in. (Can you say 'Tiny house'?) We were pulling in the slides to hit the road, and my daughter saw him collapse. It was a Saturday. We took him to the ER. They did emergency surgery on him that night - after they gave him 5 units of blood so he could survive the surgery! He has cancer - it was stage 4. It ate up all our savings. He died 2 1/2 years ago. I'm still living in the RV - I haven't gone anywhere (costs money). So you see why the price broke my. Heart! Beautiful & Perfect - but not for a widow who lives alone! I really hope you can find a dealer who can get it to you! Fill it up with all the love, joy, and laughter you can!❣️❣️❣️

I had never heard or seen that pointed out before, so I took note of it. Because of that, I am assuming it is a modular. I would also say that I don't believe I have seen a home of those dimensions that was ever intended to be set up as a mobile. The higher-end homes are usually modulars. Some can be set up as either - choice of the buyer. Either way, you can figure that compared to a site-built home (not considering brick or block), you will come out ahead by more than just the fact that your wait-time is much shorter - no weather delays during construction - but you know that often site-built homes can come apart during wind storms, but mobile and modular homes, once strapped down, are usually much more sturdy than site built - before the owner EVER spends the first night in it it has to hold up to going down the road at 65 miles per hour. Site,-built don't go through that kind of testing! No, I'm NOT a salesperson, and I'm NOT earning. a commission. I just remember one really pushy salesman telling me that about 25 years ago. Then, when we finally made our purchase, some of the girls I worked with asked me if I wasn't AFRAID to buy/live in that -right here in Hurricane Central - Tampa, FL. I spouted that fact. I also pointed out that because we had decided to buy an older model that was in pristine condition (and absolutely beautiful!), we KNEW that the home had withstood EVERY SINGLE HURRICANE/TORNADO/TROPICAL STORM for the prior 18 years - and it was STILL STANDING; So, those are a couple facts that might help you weigh your choices!

Awesome home probably is the best one I have seen it has everything that I like in a home. I would change the gas fireplace out for a wood burning fireplace and option out a couple of doors especially in the master bedroom and bathroom with either pocket or barn doors and add on 2 nice big porches/ decks with a nice roof pitch to stay dry all year long. I like the home. Love having a dining room for big family dinners. Love the fridge, pantry, etc. Don't like the master off the living room but I could live with it. I would put more separation between kitchen and living room. Two problems. I need the fourth bedroom and I would build the front porch. Do they handle foundations because I would put in a basement. There are some modular companies that do basements. If not II would contract out for it.

This is perfect for someone who's getting married this winter and especially if the bride doesn't have any kids and the groom might have children and it's nice to have your office at home and those bedrooms are so big you can put three bunk beds going up you know two on one side and another one on the other side and have it with those entertainment computer things for the children it would be perfect yeah and plus everything is working I would like more lighting in those closets though yeah I would like lights in the closets yes and then this one or it had the little sink there I would like the little sink working because that's perfect especially and this one didn't have the old fashioned thing on the side and on the top but it's it looks good yes the colors are very neutral which is very nice yes🌈🌏🌍🌎🙏🤝💟💟💗💗💌

Nice place. I'd opt for a regular fridge. To the right of the fridge then put in a microwave insert cabinet to get the microwave higher which would be about counter height. The master bath layout is not shown in the plans so it is custom. Also, the half bath location is not shown in the plans, so again custom. I see other custom features not shown in the plans. I like the custom plans of the toured home better than the drawn plans made available. I'd like to be able to see those drawn plans as toured. I'd lose the door from the master closet into the master bath. I'd opt for a front closet near the entry and make the rest of that room storage...there is an optional drawing for doing that. I'd also want the half bath option for guests. The other half bath in the tour I'd remove, make it coat storage by the garage entry. A lot of modular plans leave out closets to hang your coats and put your boots, closets close to the entries. I'd like to talk to the designers and ask where the heck they'd hang their coats in the homes they draw up with no closets. Having an attached garage I'd want at least a partial basement with access from the garage and have the furnace and water heater in the basement. That then frees up some space for more storage.

I loved it with 2 exceptions. The formal dining area seems like wasted space. The "morning rm" is so lg that's all you need. Not sure how I would use this space. Perhaps a poker/game table but I dont play games sooo. Lol The other issue I have, although I love the vanity area, most gals sit down and need to have the mirror lowered. Almost all manufacturers do that! I mean if I had to stand up to see, why not just use the br where lighting is better? Over all, this house is a winner in my book!

I've studied modular homes and their builders since about the year of 1994 when I walked into the first one I'd ever seen with an upstairs/attic and was in shock by what I saw, I didn't want to leave, I strongly didn't like the floor plan but wanted to live in the attic. lol. I'd studied mobile homes even longer since I was 15 having grown up in one and finding a portfolio of floorplans from when my parents were shopping for homes. Having said that, from what I have seen by Kit homes out in the Mid West, I think they build some of the most beautiful mobile/modular homes in that area. I'm fairly certain just by the web design and floorplans that they're also the same as another brand in the East just marketed under a different name with different cosmetics IE painted trim and non textured walls. I watched a couple on KZbin who searched for 5 years (I think it was) when they finally found Kit homes and fell in love with the quality work. They bought theirs for about $160,000 fully customized, I think it was a 30X66. Thank you for the walk through, great job.
